1. The Service

RedSealPractice provides study tools and practice exams for Red Seal exam preparation in Canada. Content is provided as a supplementary training tool and does not replace official apprenticeship training or the official exam.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. One account per person is permitted. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in Canadian dollars via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your member area; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except within 14 days of purchase if no substantial content has been consumed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (theory, questions, simulations) is the exclusive property of RedSealPractice. Any reproduction, redistribution, or resale of content is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee that practice exam results reflect your outcome on the official Red Seal exam. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, misuse of the service, or attempts to circumvent protections (account sharing, content scraping).
