1. Data We Collect

When you create a RedSealPractice account, we collect: your name, email address, and an encrypted password. We also collect your study progress (theory viewed, practice exams, results) to provide you with personalized tracking.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. We never store your credit card information. Stripe may receive your email address and transaction details to process payment and manage your subscription.

3. Anti-Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our public forms to prevent automated signups. Turnstile may process certain technical data (IP address, browser) to verify a human is using the form.

4. Cookies

We use cookies essential to the site's operation: authentication (session token) and language preference. We do not use advertising trackers.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. Your data is shared only with our essential service providers (hosting, payment, transactional email delivery) to the extent necessary for their services.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable laws (PIPEDA in Canada and GDPR where applicable), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
